Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 Mango
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 - Cucumber
- 2 - Tomato
- 1 - Green Chilli
- 3 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper as required
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilli
- Salt as required
- Olive Oil as required
Cooking Directions:
- Take Onion and finely chopped it.
- Take Mango and Cucumber peeled and diced
- Finely chopped the Coriander Leaves
- Also diced Tomato
- Add all vegetables (except onion) into the bowl.
- Add Salt, Lemon Juice, Red Chilli and Black Pepper and mix all the ingredients.
- Add chopped onion before serving.
