Crunchy Corn Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Boiled Corn
- 100 gm French Bean (Boiled)
- 1 Table Spoon Celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum, chopped
- 1 Cup Spring Onion, chopped
- 3 Table Spoon Oil
- 1 Table Spoon White Vinegar
- 1 Tea Spoon Sugar
- 50 gm Almonds, roasted and crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Direction:
- In a bowl add Corn, French Bean, Celery, Spring Onion and Capsicum and mix well.
- In another bowl add Vinegar, Oil, Sugar, Salt and Pepper and mix.
- Pour this mixture over Corn and vegetables and mix well and keep the bowl into refrigerator.
- Before serving sprinkle Almonds over it.
