Corn Salad

Crunchy Corn Salad

Ingredients:


  • 2 Cups Boiled Corn
  • 100 gm French Bean (Boiled)
  • 1 Table Spoon Celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Capsicum, chopped
  • 1 Cup Spring Onion, chopped
  • 3 Table Spoon Oil
  • 1 Table Spoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tea Spoon Sugar
  • 50 gm Almonds, roasted and crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Direction:

  1. In a bowl add Corn, French Bean, Celery, Spring Onion and Capsicum and mix well.
  2. In another bowl add Vinegar, Oil, Sugar, Salt and Pepper and mix.
  3. Pour this mixture over Corn and vegetables and mix well and keep the bowl into refrigerator.
  4. Before serving sprinkle Almonds over it.
