Benefits of Using Henna for a Healthy Hair
Dandruff and Henna:
Ingredients:
- Few leaves of henna
- Mustard oil
- 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds (methi)
Direction:
- Take fenugreek seeds and soak them in a water for overnight.
- Grind fenugreek seeds and make a paste.
- Take some mustard oil and add henna leaves, boil this oil with henna leaves.
- After cooling the oil, strain it.
- Add this oil in methi paste and mix well.
- Apply this mixture on scalp and keep for 30 minutes.
- Now wash your hair with the shampoo.
Hair Fall and Henna
Ingredients:
- Few leaves of henna
- Mustard oil
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice or Yogurt
Directions:
- Take some mustard oil and add henna leaves, boil this oil with henna leaves.
- After cooling the oil, strain it.
- Now add lemon juice or yogurt in mustard oil and mix well.
- Massage this oil on scalp and keep for 30 minutes.
- wash your hair with the good quality shampoo.
Henna as a Hair Conditioner
Ingredients:
- Henna Powder
- Brewed Tea or Green Tea
- Oil or Egg
Directions:
- Soak henna in freshly brewed tea or green tea for overnight.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil or beaten egg. Apply to your hair.
- Keep it for an hour on hair.
- Wash your hair with shampoo.
