Feta Omelet Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons smashed Feta Cheese
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon oil
Cooking Directions:
- In a bowl beat the eggs with pepper
- In another bowl mash feta cheese and add milk and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Pour eggs mixture slowly and cover the bottom of pan with eggs mixture
- Once edges of omelet are cooked. Add cheese mixture at the center of omelet.
- Fold one quarter of the omelet over the cheese then roll and make a cylinder shape.
- Cut from the center and serve in a plate.
