Feta Omelet Roll

Feta Omelet Roll Recipe 

Feta omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons smashed Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a bowl beat the eggs with pepper
  2. In another bowl mash feta cheese and add milk and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Pour eggs mixture slowly and cover the bottom of pan with eggs mixture
  4. Once edges of omelet are cooked. Add cheese mixture at the center of omelet.
  5. Fold one quarter of the omelet over the cheese then roll and make a cylinder shape.
  6. Cut from the center and serve in a plate.
