Cream Grapes Salad

Cream Cheese Grape Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds Red and Green seedless Grapes (2 pounds each)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar or to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup crushed pecans

Directions:

  1. Wash and remove all grapes from stems and place in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl add cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  3. Add granulated sugar in this mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour this mixture over grapes and mix until all grapes are covered.
  5. Top the salad with brown sugar and pecans to taste.
