Shikanjabeen
Ingredients:

¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp – Lemon Juice Powder
- 1 Cup – Ice (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp – Sugar
- 20 Mint Leaves
- 1½ Cup Water
Preparation:
- In a blender add Lemon juice, Lemon juice
powder, Ice, Mint leaves, Sugar and Water.
- Blend them well till smooth.
- Pour juice in glass and serve.
